I offer 1-hour blocks of time to aspiring and new early childhood business owners to assist with business idea development, program launch, and growth. We will meet over Zoom to discuss your current challenges and work through viable solutions together.

• Understanding licensing and health department rules and regulations

• Preparing classroom layout, materials, and design for inspections and ratings

• Developing policy and procedure handbooks, job descriptions, and curriculum planning

• Hiring staff, including understanding the qualifications, ratios, and training requirements
